High Traffic Volume – more than 26,000 cars pass Regent’s Parc every day

Common Restrooms - Upper levels have common restrooms accessed on a central corridor that links the main entry tower and the rear entry tower. Common areas, including restrooms will be cleaned daily. Tenants may add additional restrooms in lease space, if desired.

Localized Heating / Air-conditioning – special care has been taken to design an HVAC system that allows tenants to select preferred temperature for their space

Ample Parking – perimeter parking allows ample space. Rear lots are easily accessible from driveways on either side of the building. All parking areas are well lit.

Controlled Access Entry System –main tower and rear tower doors will be locked outside traditional business hours, and access will be limited to tenants and approved guests. Each tenant will have individual security systems for their space
